To be employed within a Catholic school in the Archdiocese requires compliance with Child Protection Legislation. Teaching in NSW also requires registration with the NSW Teacher Institute and from 2011 teaching in the ACT will require registration through the ACT Quality Teacher Institute.
The Catholic Education Office provides comprehensive service in relation to recruitment of staff, payroll / personnel administration, leave entitlements, superannuation, support networks etc.
